Shipping:
Orders will be shipped via UPS Ground Service (continental) at standard UPS Ground rates plus a $3 handling fee unless otherwise specified (Alaska & Hawaii ship UPS Air or Priority Mail).
In order to maintain product integrity and freshness, we do not stock products but choose to drop ship all items direct from the respective manufacturer as well as an intermediate source (Southern Herb) which sources 75% of our supplements such as Kroeger, Christopher, Solanova and Bronson. As such, please note that some supplements in the same order willl ship separately (at no extra cost, of course). All items listed in the Health Aids section ship separately as well.

Returns and Credit:
Please Note! You must secure return authorization (RMA #) before returning an item or your return (package) will be refused and returned back to you! Also, please note that you will be directed to ship your return items back to the manufacturer/source (whether Blessed Herbs, Arise and Shine, Ejuva, Needak, etc) which we will provide the address for at the time you call to secure the return authorization.
We offer a 30 day money back option on all of our supplements but not on our health aids such as juicers or rebounder mini trampolines unless there is an obvious defect which is then subject to the return policies of those items which is listed with each product description in the online catalog. In all cases, you will be directed to return the item to the manufacturer with an RMA# which enables us, as well as the manufacturer, to track the return. Credits are applied once we receive credit from the manufacturer which usually takes no more than 7-10 days after they receive your return (items).
